Kerkom is the result of the merger of the companies Rozenbal Ibérica S.A. and Textil Colomer Nadal S.L. wich, after more than 20 years working together, will merge definitively in.

  • Textil Colomer Nadal was founded as a continuation of the Juan Colomer Nadal family business, which already had more than 30 years of textile activity.

  • Rozenbal Spain was founded as a subsidiary of the French group Rozenblit SAS in San Sebastián as a subsidiary of the international French group Rozenbal, mainly to provide distribution and service to the main distribution chains in this country.

  • Expansion into national chains takes place with a new strategy aimed at large-scale distribution. The ranges are expanded to adapt them to the Spanish market.

  • Meeting and agreement between Rozenbal and Textil Colomer Nadal to obtain synergies and launch a joint project that continues to this day. The Don Limpio P&G license is obtained, thereby achieving significant penetration into new channels.

    First investment in the production of mops and cloths in Valencia and commitment to MdD.

  • We started the production of fibers and sponges.

  • The KH license is obtained, in order to compete with market leaders with a totally differentiated positioning.

  • The new Professional and DIY divisions are launched and consolidated. The Rozenbal brand image is relaunched and strengthened.

  • Consolidated commitment to the Latin American market based in Medellín, Colombia.

  • Rozenbal Ibérica separates from Rozenbal France by purchasing 100% of the share capital, merging completely with Textil Colomer Nadal, creating Kerkom 360, S.A. with 100% Spanish capital.

  • Following a complete remodelling of the production structures and production processes, the IFS HPC certification was obtained to meet the highest quality standards demanded by our customers.
